Reports To: Operations Manager (or designated Housekeeping Lead)

Responsible for keeping facilities, common areas, and restrooms clean, safe, and well maintained. Provides porter, housekeeping, and customer service support across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred

• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

• Bilingual is a plus

• Knowledge of operating floor scrubbers, buffers, and waxers

• Knowledge of working with basic hand tools

Responsibilities

• Keep facilities, common areas, and restrooms clean and maintained

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

• Wipe down tables and common area surfaces

• Clean and stock supply closets; launder housekeeping mops, rags, etc

• Clean up spills using appropriate equipment and procedures

• Notify managers of repairs needed

• Collect and dispose of trash, porter the grounds

• Provide customer service to guests and tenants

• Spot clean upholstered furniture

• Report safety hazards to the Manager on Duty

Safety and Standards

• Follow safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment

• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as directed per MSDS

• Maintain cleanliness standards and complete assigned checklists and logs as required
