Code of Conduct

The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta is committed to providing an enjoyable shopping experience for all our guests.


While visiting this Outlet, the following will NOT be accepted:


  • Any activity that threatens the safety of our guest, tenants and/or employees such as running, horseplay or disorderly conduct of any nature
  • Any activity that disrupts our pleasant, family-oriented shopping environment
  • Any loitering or unnecessary blocking of walkways, roadways or storefronts
  • Any form of solicitation
  • Any recreational and/or personal transportation devices such a skateboards, bikes, e-bikes, scooters, hoverboards or rollerblades
  • Any disruptive profane, vulgar or threatening language
  • Any firearms or weapons of any kind
  • Any smoking outside the designated area
  • Any alcohol outside the designate area
  • Any animal not on a leash
  • Any activity inconsistent with the general purpose of the property which is shopping, dining, events or offices for business purposes
  • Any activity that would disrupt the legitimate business of the property and its tenants


This list is not all inclusive and may be modified by the management of this Outlet at any time.


The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta is privately owned property. Guests who do not act responsibly may be asked to leave. If they refuse to leave the property, they may be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass.
